Orchard to glass cider made in the hills of Oro Medonte

Little Twig - a blend of aromatic dessert apples and tannic bittersweet apples. Balanced, complex and approachable. Windy Ridge - a single varietal Ida Red cider, fermented on it's skins. Light, fruity, notes of red apples and honeydew melon. Small Batch Series #1 - an heirloom blend of apples aged for 6 months in chardonnay barrels, then rested on Siegerrebe grape skins. Rosé, lightly bubbly, tastes like wild strawberries.
